Real Estate deal. Millions
at stake. Were the documents faked?
The manager of a real estate fund was
accused of increasing the value of shares in the fund
by providing false information to potential investors
when the value of the fund plunged. The manager was further
accused of faking and falsely dating computer documents
in order to support claim of innocence. Burgess Forensics
was engaged. Information recovered by Burgess was able
to mitigate and diminish claims against client.
